A few weeks ago, the last days of the season in the Horsefeathers Superpark Dachstein were already in sight. But we knew: it was time again for a big Blue Tomato team shooting!
Beautiful weather, the sun is burning down but our lovely Dachstein always keeps us cool for beeing active for some beloved spring snowboard sessions!
So we decided to go for a huge one and invited our great Blue Tomato Snowboard family of team riders.
But we didn’t stop here, we also brought our guy for moving pictures, Thomas Kesselbacher, with us and chained him in front of his computer afterwards to provide you with a sweet little edit:
Spring is everywhere! In late april, most lifts had already closed down. But a small group of snowboard-enthusiasts couldn’t resist to use the snow that still covered most of the mountains. Supported by Blue Tomato, they hosted a spring session right below the parking lot of the Dachstein glacier at “Eagle Mountain” with a Live DJ, BBQ, Beer and of course lots of shredding! They built a kicker, a corner and two raillines and there were filmers and photographers to capture the madness that was going on.

Am 21.04.2011 luden Blue Tomato und QPark zum Rookie Scouting im Horsefeathers Superpark Dachstein. Dabei konnten junge Snowboard- und Freeskiitalente im Alter von 8 bis 14 Jahren ihr Können zeigen und wertvolle Tipps von Profis, wie Vanessa Waldenhofer, Paz Gruber und Flo Wieser , sammeln. Auch mit von der Patie waren die jungen Blue Tomato Teamrider Max Grünwald und Tobi Grünwald!

On the 21st of April 2011 the Rookie Scouting at the Horsefeathers Superpark Dachstein took place. Young snowboarders and freeskiiers showed their ability to ride and got professional advice from BT teamrides Vanessa Waldenhofer, Paz Gruber and Flo Wieser! Furthermore, Max Grünwald and Tobi Grünwald showed their best tricks! All in all it was a sunny and funny day!
Schon seit den 90igern sind die Ästhetiker Jungs dafür bekannt immer Vollgas zu geben. Dass sie nicht nur Snowboarden können sondern noch viel mehr kreatives Talent in ihnen steckt beweisen sie mit ihrer eigenen Streetwear- und Board- Kollektion.

QParks were doing their shooting for the Super(summer)park at the Dachstein Glacier Openingweek and the Blue Tomato Team was there, for sure…
Although we had massive struggles with the bad weather most of the days in between the planned shooting period, we could manage to get some fine shots!
