What happened in New Zealand and after the trip ???
One month in NZ and we had only two good days in the mountains! The reason was a BIG Blizzard 
Bad luck at the Comps and our car broke down!
I decided that this should not be my start of the new season 2011/12, but it was cool to see the country and I think it was a good experience !
After NZ I went straight to the UK – Cornwall for a week of surfing with family “Nicholls”! It was my first time of “surfing”, so I was really looking forward to it and I really enjoyed it. Now I can do some turns so I am happy after 10 days of surfing So I think I am having my “official” start of the new Season in Hintertux – Tirol:)
Jamie Nicholls and me gonna have an apartment in Mayrhofen from the end of September till the beginning of November and I am really looking forward for some good kicker days up on the mountain !
The next competition will be the London Freeze and right after that an Invitational-Railbattle in England! Wooop Woop News about the competition coming soon …

BT Teamrider Tobi Grünwald ist fern von der Heimat in Neuseeland! Seine Erlebnisse teilt er uns in seinem Blog mit. Lest selbst aus seinem Tagebuch, wie seine Tage am anderen Ende der Welt verliefen…
Anreise:
Hi! Ich sage erstmal zwei Tage fliegen ist nicht sehr gemütlich. Die Klimaanlage ist meistens zu kalt, daher fragt gleich am Anfang eines Fluges nach einer zweiten Decke. Außerdem müsst ihr euch immer viel bewegen. Pflicht ist: Ein Nackenkissen, eine Augenmaske und Ohrenstöpsel.
Das Essen im Flugzeug ist nicht gerade perfekt. Daher rate ich euch, etwas am Flughafen bei Zwischenlandungen zu kaufen. Aber Getränke sind im Flugzeug umsonst, daher kauft euch nichts am Flughafen. Ich empfehle eine Jogginghose anzuziehen. 1.Sie ist bequem! 2. Du musst bei der Handgepäckkontrolle nicht immer deinen Gürtel ausziehen!

BT Teamrider Mathias Weissenbacher befindet sich bereits seit einer Woche in Neuseeland und bereitet sich dort auf den Auftakt der neuen Saison 2011/2012 vor. Das Material passt perfekt und die Bedingungen am Schnee könnten nicht besser sein. Am nächsten Wochenende wird Mathias den 4 Star TTR Billabong Slopestyle im Snowpark von NZ rocken. Since about one week BT team rider Mathias Weissenbacher is in New Zealand preparing for the start into the new season 2011/2012. The equipement fits perfectly and the conditions on snow couldn´t be better. Mathias is really looking forward to the 4 Star TTR Billabong Slopestyle at the Snowpark in NZ. We´ll keep our fingers crossed, Mathias.

Im Juni verbrachte der 12-Jährige BT Rookie Tobi Grünwald eine Woche in Frankreich und gab uns einen Einblick in sein persönliches Tagebuch.
Nach einer zehnstündigen Anreise ging es erstmals gleich ab zum Skaten. Am ersten Tag nahm Tobi, am 3.200 m hoch gelegenen Berg, die „perfekt geshapte“ Pipe in Angriff und belohnte sich danach mit einer ordentlichen Portion Chicken Nuggets. Die nächsten Tage waren wetterbedingt nicht ideal und so wurde der Tag mit Trockentraining, Trampolin springen, Skaten und „Game of Skate“ – Zocken ausgefüllt.
Am letzten Shred-Tag: Blue Bird! Vor lauter Shredden musste Tobi eine Pause einlegen, doch am Nachmittag hatte er wieder genug Kraft und beeindruckte die Franzosen mit einem Kickflip to Fakie und Blunt to Fakie in der Miniramp. Während der Heimreise blickte Tobi auf eine supercoole Woche zurück und freut sich schon auf das kommende Abenteuer: 4 Wochen Neuseeland!
