Blue Bird, super Conditions und die besten internationalen Snowboarder, so sieht`s heuer beim Wängl Tängl im Vans Penken Park in Tirol aus. Das „Chillertal“ wird so richtig gerockt, und mit dabei sind auch unsere BT Teamrider Herby, Phips, Clemens und Hiasl. Verteilt auf drei Teams: Team  Absolut,  Team F**School Wildcard und Team Triple Trouble geht es richtig steil in Mayrhofen. Dienstag ging es schon los, unter Kaiserwetter zeigten die Rider ihre Skills und brachten so manche Zuschauer zum Staunen. Im perfekt geshapten Park hatten die Jungs richtig Spaß und bewiesen mal wieder ihr Können.

Au(s)t(r)onom – für eine gute Sache
Wo Ästhetiker drauf steht, sind Ästhetiker dahinter. Auch bei der ChÄrity steht der ganze Wängl Tängl in Mayrhofen in Tirol hinter der guten Sache.

Charity beim Wängl Tängl? So ist es! Die Ästhetiker stehen zwar für den Spass auf allen Brettern. Doch der Ernst an der Sache wird nicht vergessen. Man nutzt die Gunst der Stunde und den Wängl Tängl um zu sammeln. Unter den Namen „Rhythm Give A Trunk Charity Auction“ wird gesammelt.

Bei diesem Event taucht der Besucher ein in die volle Breite einer Kultur, die sich nur schwer beschreiben lässt. Denn über Snowboarden allein ist diese Veranstaltung schon lange hinausgewachsen. Der Urgedanke von Freestyle findet sich in vielen Ausdrucksformen, wie Kunst, Musik, Tanz, Poesie, Photographie und eben Brettsport. Entscheidend ist hier nicht das Was, sondern das Wie – if it äint stylish, it äint shit…

Trotz Erweitung liegt im Snowboard Bewerb klarerweise das meiste Herzblut der Ästhetiker. Das oberste Gesetz „from Shredders for Shredders“ bestimmt den Ablauf des Geschehens. Der Bewerb startet wenn die Bedingungen optimal sind für die Teilnehmer, nicht für Medien oder Sponsoren. Und perfekte Bedingungen braucht es auch, denn der Vans-Penken-Park in Mayrhofen ist groß und lang. So müssen zuerst zwei Kicker-Sprünge in Serie abgelegt werden, bevor am Kursende ein schüsselartiges Gebilde aus Schnee bezwungen werden will. Diese Red Bull Endsection erstrahlt jedes Jahr in einer neuen Form. So etwas gibts sonst nirgends und trennt somit das Fahrerfeld in echte Freestyler und Choreographie- Patienten. Auch das Team-Format ist etwas ganz eigenes im Snowboard Zirkus, was zum Ausdruck bringt, dass Snowboarden schon immer Teamsport war. Im Vorjahr gewannen unsere Teamrider Herby Thaler und Phips Gruber, mal sehen wer dieses Jahr aufs Treppchen springt!

Die Ästhetiker Crew ist ja bekannt dafür, dass sie die Pisten, den Park und den Powder rocken wo sie nur können. Die Jungs aus Österreich haben heuer ein neues Video Online:

Die Jungs haben letztes Jahr einige Sessions im Zillertal gedreht dem “Ästhetiker Playground” und die ganze Crew war dabei!  Ein Video mit viel Action und Spass auf der Spielwiese von Kapauns!

Hey Party-People,

vom 2. -9. Oktober findet in Wien das 2. Mal das RUN VIE Festival statt und mit dabei sind auch die Jungs von der Ästhtetiker Crew. Am Donnerstag 07. Oktober zeigen sie   nämlich ihre Video Premiere unterstütz von Blue Tomato im WUK an der Währingerstrasse 59. Einlass ist ab 21.00 Uhr und kosten im Vorverkauf nur 10.00 € und an der Abendkasse 15.- €. Das darfst du nicht verpassen.

Seit den 90ern sind die Ästhetiker stolz mit der österreichischen Hip-Hop-Gemeinde verbandelt. Auch das neue Snowboard-Video ist gepimpt mit frischen heimischen Tracks. Quasi logisch also, dass die Erstaufführung im Rahmen eines Musik-Festivals stattfindet. Zu sehen gibts einen Rückblick auf die letzte Saison – für Steve Gruber bereits die fünfzehnte – und einen Vorausblick auf neue Talente.

Und noch viele weitere musikalische Acts sorgen dafür, dass das Festival auch dieses Jahr ein einzigartiges Erlebnis wird. Neben dem rising Soul Superstar Aloe Blacc, Detroit-Techno Pionier Derrick May und HipHop Radio & Dj Leg­ende Bobbito Garcia, präsentiert RUN VIE auch die Wiener Elite rund um Dorian Concept und Elektro Guzzi sowie internationale Grössen der Streetartszene, wie den italienischen Künstler BLU.

Hi Party-People,

from October, 2nd till 9th the RUN VIE Music Festival in Vienna will start in its second round and the Ästhetiker Crew is also part of that even. At Thursday October, 7th they will show their movie premiere supported by Blue Tomato in the WUK at Währingerstrasse 59. You can entry at 9 P.M. and pay only 10.-€ on advanced sale and 15.- € at the box office. You shouldn’t miss that!

Since the 90ties the Ästhetiker are proud to stay in connection with the Austrian Hip Hop community. And so is also their snowboard movie pimpt with lots of fresh and native tracks. No wonder that the premier will take place on a music festival. You get to see a flashback to the last season – for Steve Gruber already the 15^th – and an outlook to his skills.

And lots of other musical acts will make sure that the festival becomes also this year a unique experience. Besides the rising soul superstar Aloe Blacc, Detroit-Techno pioneer Derrick May and Hip Hop radio & Dj legend Bobbito Garcia, RUN VIE presents the elite of Vienna around Dorian Concept and Elektro Guzzi as well as international giants out of the streetart scene, such as the Italian artist BLU.

Hola aus dem schönen Zillertal! Soo, Tag zwei am diesjährigen Ästhetiker Wängl Tängl. Nachdem uns das Wetter gestern beim training bluebird bescherte, hatte ich mit meinen Teamkolegen Herby Thaler und Michi Stanschitz die Möglichkeit den ganzen Tag den perfekt geshapeten Park, der heuer aus einer zweier kickerline und im Anschluss der redbull endsection besteht zu shreddn.

Wie soll es anders sein, hängen heute am ersten Contest tag dick die Wolken drinnen! Hmmmmmm wie wenn wir das nicht schon geahnt hätten! Naja wie schon bei so vielen Contests müssen wir auch jetzt wieder hoffen das uns das Wetter mit ein bar sonnen Stunden segnen wird! Wie jedes Jahr stehen auch heuer wieder zahlreiche Sideevents auf dem Program wie z.b. King of skate der heute Abend über die Bühne geht. Sooooo ich Versuch jetzt trotzdem mein glück und werd mit der Gondel rauf auf den
