2010 seems to be a good year for the Helgasons. We already told you about Halldórs X Games Gold Medal performance. But they were also busy collecting several awards last week.
We are proud to congratulate Eiki for the TWS Readers Choice Award and Halldór for two (yes he won both!) Rookie of the Year Awards. Snowboarder Mag Rookie of the Year 2010 and TWS Rookie of the Year. That’s it but that’s not all. The Snowboarder MBM European Rider of the Year 2009 Awards are coming up and Eiki is nominated for the Male Videopart of the Year 09 with his part in “They Came From…”. Halldór is nominated, for guess what, Rookie of the Year 09 and Factor Films “They Came From…”, in which both got a videopart, is nominated for European Video of the Year 09.
